WHAT IS COACHING?

I offer phone coaching or in person coaching tailored to meet each client’s requirements. Each coaching session generally lasts one hour and closes with an agreement by both parties on actions to be taken before the next meeting.

We suggest weekly meetings and propose booking 4 sessions in order to see significant results. However, we are can customize a program designed specifically for your individual requirements.

Coaching vs. Therapy

During a recent radio interview the host asked me what the difference was between coaching and therapy. Simply stated – therapy discusses the past and present while coaching moves you from the present to the future.
